Pro tools customer service7/13/2023 ![]() When I open the app, I have to wait at least 5 minutes (yes I have timed it) for it to un-freeze so I can use it. I’ve un-installed and re-installed it which caused me to lose 2 years of worth of data. I’ve talked with multiple customer service reps regarding the issues. But I paid and the number is on my business card. Not long after that I started having the issues. Things were fine for a little while and then had to pay to keep it. A few years ago I signed up when it was still free. I gave 2 stars because I actually use it.
